Utility Bills are due on the 3^rd of each month by 4:30 p.m. Any payment after incurs a 10% penalty.

Shut-Off for nonpayment is the 10^th of each month. If payment is not made by 4:30 p.m. on the 9^th, utilities are cut off from service and there is a $25/reconnect fee to turn the utilities back on.
